FREE ZUMBA!!

Hey everyone!!

Marti and I are giving everyone a FREE Zumba class tomorrow night. This is our first one ever and we are excited that it will bring in more people to see what Zumba is all about. So, shout it out to all your friends and family and bring as many as you want. Now remember we are doing it at the Warehouse which is located at 415 S. Dixie Dr. (indoor soccer and storage) it also used to be the Moore's paper company awhile back. When you come please park and come in on the west side of the building. Mom's bring your daughters and all their friends and they will think you are the coolest ever for doing Zumba!! You will all love it so get your buns ready to shake it up!! See you at 8:15 pm Wednesday Night!!

"BETO"

Ok, so if you do not know who Beto is then you will now. He is the founder of Zumba and is so popular in the fitness world and throughout the world. He is an amazing instructor and you can't help but smile and enjoy his entire class. The energy he brings is unmatchable!! Marti, I and 3 other Zumba instrutors from St. George traveled to Salt Lake 2 weeks ago to take a master class from Beto himself. It was his first time in Utah and it was awesome! There was about 200 people in the class so if you can only imagine the energy level. One of my favorite parts was watching Beto mess up. Yea! Marti and I are not the only ones who mess up everytime we teach. It made me realize that we are all just trying to do our best and mess ups will happen and thats what makes us human. Anyway, is was great fun and I wish all of you could experience a Beto class so hopefully one day he will come to little St. George. If not here maybe we can all travel to Las Vegas if he shows up there. I will keep an eye out for a Beto sighting! Enjoy the pics

New Location

We are trying out a new location for our Wednesday night class. Come and join us and give us your feedback positive or negative. It is in the Warehouse in Green Valley at 415 S. Dixie Dr. (indoor soccer and storage). We hope to see all the Zumba lovers there!! 8:15pm is the magic time so come and and have tons of fun working out! From the Caribbean!

Hey girls, here is our recent new routine thanks to our guest instructor Kim Sanderson. It is called a "Calypso" from the islands of the Caribbean.

Haven Hurt won our May drawing so congrats to you for always coming to Zumba and having fun with us!! We will keep you updated by email on our summer Wednesday nights. Due to the busy months there may be a time or two that we will have to cancel but we will give you plenty of notice. Keep shakin' it girls and always have a good attitude towards life!!

Cowboy Up!

Here you go girls! This is the choreography to "Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy". I think if you went and put on some boots and a Cowgirl hat then you just might get into the song a bit more. We all have some country in our blood so let is shine! HeeHaw

Wednesday is Coming!

Tomorrow is Wednesday!! I wanted to give an early shout out so you can tell your family and friends about our Anniversary month promos. Tomorrow is buy a punch pass for $25 for 10 times. That is a $5 dollar savings so if you want one get it now! We are also having a guest instructor with us that will be doing 2 new songs for us. So bring who you can and lets show them how we can get our groove on!!

Save a Horse!!

Yea to Brandee Williams for winning our first song selection contest!! Brandee submitted the song "Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy" and I picked it for choreography. Since Zumba is based around international dance we needed a little country on our playlist. It was a lot of fun to choreograph and I hope all of you liked it! It will be posted next week on video for all of you to learn at home. Brandee went home with a drawsting Zumba bag to use for all her workout gear!
