Thanks again girls for coming to our Zumba class. We hope to see you more through the summer months. Thanks to our friend who showed us how to really samba, because me and Marti can't. I forgot my camera, so this time I do not have pics or video so if any one asks refer them to class #2 so they can see how good you girls Zumba!! If you come to the class and work really hard the whole time you can lose up to 1000 calories per class. So make sure you come to sweat and have fun. If you are on a quest to lose some weight make sure you do other forms of cardio as well as Zumba. Try kickboxing, cycling, or treadmill work. You will see results if you change it up a bit in your routine. Add some weights about 2-3 days a week to build some muscle. Muscle burns fat so make sure you are building muscle while trying to lose the fat. If you have any weight loss questions or concerns please fell free to ask and I will give you all the knowledge I have has an instructor and if I don't have the answer I will find out for you.
