Just another friendly reminder that class is tomorrow! Come and work out so you can eat some snow cones on Friday. We hope everyone has a Happy 4th of July! I forgot to post our winner of our drawing last week, Brandee Williams won a one week pass to Desert Palms Health Club, a zumba bumper sticker and one free sandwich at Jimmy John's. just wanted to say that class last night ROCKED!! It was so upbeat and that made it easier to push myslef! I'm really feeling it this morning! Awesome class girls!
What I love is that you actually exercise BEFORE eating the snow cone - I am on like summer 2008 snow cone number 23 and I haven't lifted a finger. Nice...
Tell Marti I love her even if she has changed her ways and isn't into ignoring any sign of exercise and gorging herself until she's sick...I am still holding strong with the old ways.
